Ready-to-use base coat with a fine marble-like texture. Can be used as a textured primer or decorative layer. Tintable.

FINISH MICROCEMENT
Finish coat with an extra-fine particle structure, creating a minimalist, smooth concrete look. Tintable.

PU 2K VARNISH
Two-component, water-based polyurethane varnish with a satin-matt finish. Slip-resistant, UV resistant, vapor permeable.

Step by Step – Professional Results

1. SURFACE PREPARATION

Before application, ensure the surface is:

• Dry, clean, free from dust, grease, and oil
• Mechanically strengthened (sanded paints, removed loose layers)
• Areas affected by mold treated with mold remover

Requirements:

• Moisture content in mineral surfaces: ≤ 4%
• Moisture content in gypsum surfaces: ≤ 0.5%
• Air temperature: +5°C to +25°C

2. PRIMER – PRIMER Q

Application:

1. Apply PRIMER Q with a roller, working in different directions
2. After the first coat is completely dry, apply a second coat if necessary
3. Ensure the surface is smooth and even

• Oil or glue putties
• Surfaces treated with olive oil

3. BASE LAYER – BASE MICROCEMENT

Application:

1. Apply BASE MICROCEMENT with a stainless steel trowel
2. Work in small sections

4. FINISH LAYER – FINISH MICROCEMENT

Application:

1. Apply FINISH MICROCEMENT with a stainless steel trowel
2. Work in thin layers to achieve a fine, smooth finish

5. PROTECTIVE COAT – PU 2K VARNISH

Two-component system:

• Component A: base (100%, water-based PU)
• Component B: hardener (10-11% of A weight)
• Mixing ratio: A : B = 100 : 10 (max 11)

Example: 1 kg A + 100-110 g B

Mixing Instructions:

1. Divide Component A into two equal parts (for first and second coat)
2. Add all of Component B to the first part of Component A
3. Mix with a slow-speed electric mixer (300-400 rpm) for at least 3 minutes
4. Pour into a clean container and mix again thoroughly

Application:

1. Pour material generously onto the surface
2. Use a 25 cm epoxy/varnish roller, working crosswise
3. Roll again with a 25-50 cm roller saturated with material
4. Always work wet-on-wet
5. Replace rollers every 30 minutes
6. Avoid forming pools

Special Conditions:

• If substrate temperature > +20°C, add up to 10% clean water to the first coat only
• Avoid direct sunlight during application

6. FINAL CURING

After applying the final varnish coat, allow the entire system to cure fully for 7 days before normal use.

Tool Cleaning:
